Fumigation-free tray treatment method

1. The raw material of the fumigation-free tray is composite board or plywood, and the raw material is formed by high temperature and high pressure disinfection of various wood residues.
2. There are two main treatment methods: heat treatment and fumigation with methyl bromide. For heat treatment, wood packaging treatment, the center temperature of the wood should reach 56OC, and maintained for at least 30 minutes, for fumigation, wood packaging must be in a closed place, fumigated under the specified dose of bromomethane for at least 16 hours, and then placed in a ventilated place, so that the concentration of its fumigant below the safe concentration. After any of the above treatment, on the visible position of each item of wood packaging, on both sides of each item, mark a clear and marked, this mark needs to be recognized by the International Plant Protection Convention, to prove that the wood packaging has carried out the prescribed treatment. A mark must include an IPPC specific mark, an ISO standard code, a number issued by the country's plant protection agency to the wood packaging producer, and an acronym representing the treatment method. Fumigation-free pallet products are generally in line with the entry of countries around the world, and can be directly cleared in the importing country without any formalities.
